General terms and conditions of business

We request that you read our general terms and conditions of business and order from Bijoudesigner only if you agree to all terms.

1.) General information

The customer enters into a binding contract with Bijoudesigner, recognizing the general terms of business listed here.

2.) Delivery

All articles displayed and ordered at www.bijoudesigner.ch can be delivered as soon as payment has been received from the customer. Since all articles ordered must first be made by hand, delivery time in Switzerland is a total of 2 - 4 working days. Within the rest of Europe, delivery can be made in 5 - 10 working days, and in 8 - 15 working days for the rest of the world.
There is a flat rate for shipping costs of CHF 2 for shipments in Switzerland (A-Post), CHF 5 (EUR 3) for shipments in Europe, and CHF 8 CHF (EUR 5) for shipments to the rest of the world. Free shipping is provided for orders over CHF 100 CHF (EUR 65). Bijoudesigner does not cover any customs or import taxes that may be levied.

3.) Prices

All prices include sales tax. When an order is placed, the applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to the sales price.
All prices are subject to change. In general, the price on the date the order was placed is applicable

4.) Terms of payment

Delivery is made exclusively on the basis of Post card / credit card or advance payment.
For remitting funds, please use the means indicated here and make your payment via Post, Visa, or MasterCard or by advance payment to our bank account.

5.) Returns policy

Our products are custom made items. The actual product may differ slightly in details (e.g. color) from the pictured articles. The customer is solely responsible for the selection of articles.  Items ordered may be returned within 7 days. Shipping must be paid for by the customer.

6.) Copyright

Our logo, the pictures, and all other contents at www.bijoudesigner.ch are protected by copyright and may be used only with our prior written permission.

7.) Data protection

We would like to remind you that data from business transactions may be stored. Your personal data will be treated confidentially, deleted on request, and not given to third parties.
Changes may be made to our general terms and conditions of business at any time. Swiss law applies exclusively. Venue is 4710 Balsthal, Switzerland.
